Yesterday, we focused on achieving clarity regarding the habit we are creating. Today, we are using this clarity to understand and release any beliefs which do not support our goal.

Our objective today is to use free-form writing to help clear our unconscious levels.  John-Roger instructs us to “find a quiet time and place” to begin our practice. He suggests we commit to a daily writing practice that is a minimum of 15 minutes. We can use an alarm so that we can be fully present during our writing practice.

If you find that your daily writing practice takes less than 15 minutes, then it is still beneficial. The objective of the writing practice is to process your thoughts and achieve clarity. The length of the writing practice session can be shorter or longer than 15 minutes. The key is your highest good.

For our writing today, we focus on the following: to understand and release any beliefs which do not support our goal.

I suggest we reread yesterday’s writing and focus in on that feeling of success. Once we have that feeling, our writing focus is on understanding and releasing any beliefs that do not align with that feeling of success.
